Hidden Hills Hawks Education Fund (HHHEF) Donation
Note: Our school is FAR BELOW in donations compared to other schools in our district. The district average is $540 raised per elementary student. Our school is at $314 per student raised in the 2022/23 school year. In order to catch up to other schools and ensure we keep our enrichment programs for our kids, we request all families contribute if they are financially able to do so.
At registration (online or in person) we ask each family to contribute to the Ed Fund. What are the contributions and what do they cover?
$525 of your contribution goes directly to cover salaries for our programs. This is less than $3 per school day
- Weekly visits to the Art Classroom for lessons on various art mediums and a great break from the standard classroom. Art has been proven to help mental health for students! Not all schools in our district have Art but we do and we want to keep it.
- Visits to Makers Space, our STEAM classroom for lessons in innovation, problem solving and creativity. This is a hands on classroom that our students love to visit!
- Weekly Music Class that the students really enjoy!
- Math Lab program supports our students and advances their math skills in a fun encouraging environment
- Learning Lab encourage students to advance their reading levels and skill in a small group environment
A lively participation at Registration and through Corporate Matching could potentially carry us through our fundraising goal for the year!
You can double your donation through corporate matching and your donation is tax deductible!!! It’s a win for everyone. Make sure to follow up with your employer to see if they will match your donation! Last year we had over $50,000 in corporate match which helped save programs!
